Layby is available; call (03) 8413 4106 about eligible purchases, deposits and payment terms. Physical gift cards can be used in store. For digital cards bought from 12 November 2025, show the serial number or original email; older digital cards need activation through info@peterjacksons.com. As a general guide, ready-to-wear suit alterations typically take about one week; call (03) 8413 4106 to confirm the timing and any charge for your garment before proceeding. This is a guide, not a guaranteed turnaround. See the returns FAQ below if your garment has already been altered.

Yes. The Knox team offers assistance for wedding parties. Visit to discuss suits for the groom and groomsmen, fit and coordinating pieces. Contact the store ahead of a group visit to explain what you need and check the availability of the styles and sizes you are considering. For ready-to-wear wedding suits, we recommend visiting at least six weeks before the day to allow time for fittings and any alterations. Confirm arrangements and timing with the store.

Yes. Peter Jackson Knox offers free Click & Collect for eligible orders; available options appear at checkout. We aim to have orders ready within 48 hours, but this is not guaranteed. Wait for your collection message, then bring it and your order number during opening hours. If no message arrives after 48 hours, contact Customer Care. Collect within 30 days of the collection message; after that we will try to contact you, and may cancel if we cannot reach you. Orders still uncollected after 60 days will be cancelled without notice. See Support for full collection terms.

For change-of-mind returns, in-store purchases go back to the store of purchase within 30 days for an exchange or credit note; contact info@peterjacksons.com if you cannot return there. Online purchases can be exchanged or credited at Peter Jackson Knox or any Peter Jackson store within 30 days of purchase, or returned to Head Office under the returns policy. Items must be in original condition with tags and proof of purchase. Refunds are handled by Head Office, not stores. Click & Collect exchanges are also available at collection, subject to stock.
