Our head-office hours have been reduced to:
Monday to Friday 11:00 am - 3:00 pm
Any customer in-store collection requests, fittings or online order follow-ups, will need to be made during these hours.
Please be aware there are some minor delays in the dispatch of online orders. Our ability to source products is limited during this time.

If you call Head-Office on (03) 9415 6281 we will organise a call-back service from the store manager to make a time to meet you at the respective store.
Alternatively, if you e-mail email@example.com you can have a call-back and time arranged to collect your stock.
If you would like to arrange an in-store fitting, simply call or e-mail and we can arrange our store manager to meet you at your nearest store. There is no additional charge involved for this service.

We anticipate small delays due to the reduced nature of our team.
We will keep processing online orders as usual. However, we do expect small delays due to the nature of sourcing the stock. We have also implemented contactless delivery, so there's no need to sign for anything. Auspost will drop your order right at your front door.
