Fractional fittings information
Short (SH) 2.5 cm shorter in the sleeve and jacket length to a regular fitting. Recommended for someone 5 foot 8 or below.
Regular (RG) All sizes in the chart below are regular fits. Recommended for someone between 5 foot 8 and 6 foot 1.
Long (LG) 2.5 cm longer in the sleeve and jacket length to a regular fitting. Recommended for someone 6 foot 2 and above.
Chest (A)
With a tape measure wrap around the chest, pulling the tape firmly to gauge your centimetre measurement
Sleeve Length (C)
With the arm naturally down, measure from where the hand meets the wrist upward to the shoulder and to the back centre seam of the garment (to spine)
Back Seam (D)
Measure from the start of your neck down to your natural waistline.
Chest (A)
Measure around base of neck near Adam’s apple. A correct fitting shirt should have one finger gap from the tape measure to skin.
Chest (B)
Measure around the pectorals pulling the tape measure tight.
Sleeve Length (C)
Measure from the shoulder seam to the crease of where your hand meets your wrist.
Waist (A)
Measure around the body at hip height pulling the tape firm.
Inleg (B)
Measure from the lowest part of your crotch area to the hem, or where your foot meets the ground (shoes off)
